Cancellation Policy
Rules governing the termination of services and subscriptions.
1. Custom Development Cancellations
If a client wishes to terminate a custom software development contract prior to project completion, they must provide written notice. The client will be billed for all engineering hours and resources utilized up to the date of cancellation. Initial project deposits remain non-refundable to cover resource allocation costs.
Special Section: NexGn YouTube Suite
The NexGn YouTube Suite is a subscription-based SaaS product. Please be fully aware of our strict policy before purchasing:
- Software subscriptions are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
- You cannot cancel a subscription in the middle of an active billing cycle (whether monthly or annual) and expect a prorated refund or immediate termination of charges.
- Future Auto-Renewal: You may toggle off your auto-renewal settings inside your dashboard at any time to prevent being billed for the *next* upcoming cycle. However, the current paid cycle remains completely non-cancellable, and your dashboard access will remain active until that expiration date.
2. NEXGN's Right to Cancel
We reserve the right to immediately suspend or cancel your account and access to any software without prior notice if you are found to be in violation of our Terms of Service (such as attempting to hack our API, reverse engineer our codebase, or engage in fraudulent payment activity). In such cases, no refunds will be provided.
